The jacked-up Jo-bro does it again and I’m in a full-body sweat.
Nick Jonas made headlines a couple weeks back for his drool-worthy photos in Flaunt Magazine and now, in true beefcake fashion Nick is going shirtless for the November issue ofDetails Magazine to tell us exactly how he bulked-up and shredded down.
“I had about six weeks to put on 12 to 15 pounds of muscle before filming started on [DirecTV’s] Kingdom…Diet had a lot to do with it. I went from consuming about 3,000 calories a day to 4,200 … I have a trainer in West Hollywood, Gregg Miele at Heart and Hustle gym. When I was getting in shape for the show, I was doing three sessions a day: one fight-training…and two strength-building”
