Headlining DJ’s Chus & Ceballos set the tone for an extraordinary weekend of dancing and performance at Gay Montreal Divers/Cité with their set that kept on giving. The ladies took over at the Loto-Quebec Stage for the Sunset Party; Saturday’s DJs included Mighty Kat, Alyson Calagna, Kim Ann Foxman and DJ Mistress Barbara. Local drag empress Billy L’Amour lured the crowd over the river and through the woods to a special second stage for the Billy L’Amour Show featuring burlesque performers, dancers, and a even a mermaid. The party started early on Sunday with Le Carnival Cantelli on the 24-hour stage. Brazil’s DJ Ana Paula led an amazing set that went perfectly beside the main stage DJ’s Joubin, the UK’s Prok & Fitch, Stephan Grondin, and a special performance by the legendary Celeda. Portugal’s DJ Vibe closed out the night and made sure all the boys lost their tank tops before the lights went out.
